Return & Refund Policy

At VZENEX Software Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. Because our work is service-based and customised for each client, the following policy explains when refunds may apply.
1. Nature of Our Services
We provide intangible, customised services including web design, web development, digital marketing, SEO, branding and graphic design. Work begins only after an advance payment is received and scope is agreed.
2. Cancellation by Client
- Within 48 hours of advance payment and before any design, strategy or development work has begun — you are eligible for a refund of the advance, minus payment-gateway charges.
- After work has commenced — refunds are not guaranteed. Charges will be calculated based on the work completed, and any remaining balance from the advance may be refunded at our discretion.
- After project delivery / final approval — no refund is applicable.
3. Monthly Retainers (Marketing / SEO)
Monthly services are billed in advance. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Payments for the current cycle are non-refundable as resources have already been allocated.
4. Third-Party Costs
Amounts paid to third parties on your behalf — such as domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, themes, stock assets, ad spend or paid tools — are non-refundable once purchased or spent.
5. Refund Eligibility Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to vzenexsoftwaresolutions@gmail.com.
- Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client (missing content, approvals or inputs).
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with subjective design preferences after the agreed revision rounds have been used.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Returns
As we deliver digital services and not physical goods, no returns are applicable. Any deliverable issues (bugs, broken links, etc.) will be fixed free of charge within the agreed support period.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a breach of these terms. Please reach out so we can resolve any concern directly.
